PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk-shaped nameplate which is low in a manufacturing cost and is easily mountable and a panel to which this nameplate is mounted. SOLUTION: The disk-shaped nameplate 3 which is affixed with a double coated adhesive tape 1 provided with noncircular holes 1a on its rear surface is mounted at a panel provided with ribs fitting to the noncircular holes 1a.
