PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress dust generation by suppressing the progress of peeling and corrosion of solid lubricant film in a rolling movement component. SOLUTION: This rolling movement component having a face in a relative rolling contact or sliding contact with a counter-member is formed with a surface roughness relaxant layer 12 on a base of the contact face and the solid lubricant film 14 on the surface roughness relaxant layer 12.
