PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximize the effective height dimension of a ceiling inside a dwelling house by reducing a space under floor, and allows a free design for room arrangement. SOLUTION: This plumbing facility comprises a drain pipe 60 connected to a toilet stool 50, a high tank 80 disposed above the toilet stool 50 and accumulating a specified amount of water, a delivery pipe 81 connecting the high tank 80 to the drain pipe 60, and a stop valve 85 draining water from the high tank 80. The water accumulated in the high tank 80 is drained according to the drainage from the toilet stool 50. Thus, the drain water from the toilet stool 50 is allowed to flow smoothly through the drain pipe 60 together with the water from the high tank 80.
