NONWOVEN FABRIC AND TEXTILE PRODUCT PRODUCED BY USING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric exhibiting excellent fluffing resistance under frictional stress and having good feeling. SOLUTION: The objective nonwoven fabric is produced by the point hot- welding of a heat-weldable conjugate fiber composed of a thermoplastic resin A and a thermoplastic resin B. The point welded part of the fabric has a cross- section having flattened thermoplastic resin B of the conjugate fiber. The hot- weldable conjugate fibers are welded with each other by the thermoplastic resin A and the flattened thermoplastic resin B is covered with a layer of the resin A.
