Invention refers to the procedure for obtaining ceramics tiny pebble concrete and products obtained by that procedure that are long lasting and more resistent than known concretes, that can be extremely important, in particular with the production of tiles. The procedure encompasses several phases of production of ceramics granulate by means of which tiny pebble ceramics concretes are produced for the performance of two kinds of tiles of ideal shape: falc pepper tile (13) and wavy tile (14). Because of the exceptional mechanic characteristic of tiny pebble ceramic concrete, these tiles, according to the invention can be applied in civil engineering for the construction of various kinds of objects. The tiles are produced by a technology of vibropressing with the possibility to remove the waste of water from cement stone that achieves more compactness, without preventing, at the same time, the process of hydratation and concrete solidifucation of concrete, bearing in mind that enough moisture is contained in poroze ceramics granulate used for the chemical process. |
