PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network taxation processing method or the like for contents transaction which is capable of tax payment and tax collection on a network with respect to transactions of contents. SOLUTION: A trader on the outside of Europe transmits an application for registration of a juridical person to the Legal Affairs Bureau in one nation of Europe through the Internet to make an application (step E3). When a contents delivery trader sends the amount of tax payment, the trader on the outside of Europe receives this amount of tax payment to store and display it (step E7) and performs tax payment processing to a network custom house with the amount of tax payment which has been sent or the amount of tax payment at the tax rate of a tax collection nation (step E8). In accordance with this processing, the network custom house performs tax payment declaration acceptance processing and tax collection processing. Thus, a tax on a taxation object which occurs in accordance with contents delivery is paid from the trader on the outside of Europe, which is preliminarily registered in a first nation or region to which a consumer who has downloaded contents belongs, to the network custom house existing in the first nation or region. |
