PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for information provision which can selectively provide various advertisement information to only specific object users by using a newsdealer network. SOLUTION: Clients 101, 201, 301... in respective areas and newsdealer servers 2a, 2b, and 2c put in charge of the areas are connected by telephone lines. When an advertisement source server 5 sends specific advertisement information and provided object information to a main server 3 through the Internet together with a provision request command, specific clients matching the provided object information are extracted from a centralized customer database 31 wherein customer information of all clients from all area dealer servers is gathered and managed together and the specific advertisement information is distributed to only the specific clients through corresponding area dealer servers. |
