PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open virtual branch accounts in an existent bank capable of settlement by the current law and to actualize remittance between the persons who have the virtual branch accounts through the Internet full in 24 hours. SOLUTION: A virtual bank 12 which performs settlement is provided on the Internet (web), virtual branch accounts 121 (122) are opened in the virtual bank 12, and a fund is moved between the virtual branch accounts. The virtual branch accounts 121 (122) are determined uniquely by authentication information such as mail addresses and portable telephone numbers. Cashing becomes possible after the fund is moved to an actual bank branch account. |
