摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the decrease in the number of wastes of a 1st-generation remanufactured product (RM) when an RM system is introduced by comparing the environmental load of two newly manufactured products (NM+NM) with the environmental load of total two (NM+RM)of one new product (NM) and one remanufactured product (RM). SOLUTION: The influence of a remanufactured product (RM), manufactured by using a product (NM) to be recycled which is collected from the market, on the environment is evaluated. By this evaluating method, environmental load data regarding new components (S1, S2, and S3) used in the manufacturing stage of the remanufactured product (RM) are computed and environmental load data regarding recycled components (S11, S12) obtained from the object product to be recycled which is used in the manufacturing stage of the remanufactured product are computed, and environmental load data in the manufacturing stage of the remanufactured product are computed by adding the environmental load data regarding the new components and the environmental load data regarding the recycled components to compute the environmental load on an NM+RM machine.
