PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical information management system which disables clinical information including individual's gene information and the individual corresponding to the clinical information to easily be specified. SOLUTION: Individual identification information is ciphered by a 1st ciphering means 11 and stored in an individual identification information correspondence database 13 and clinical information except the individual identification information is ciphered by a 2nd ciphering means 12 and stored in a clinical information and gene information integrated database 14, and a management code 16 generated by a management code imparting means 15 is used in the two databases instead of the individual identification information.
