PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out impartial charging to users when using an LSI designing device. SOLUTION: In a step 1, a parameter to affect processing time is extracted from input data, to which the processing execution of LSI design is requested from a user. In a step 2, the processing time is estimated on the basis of the extracted parameter. In a step S3, the charges are calculated from the calculated estimated processing time. In a step 4, the calculated charges are presented to the user and possibility in execution is inquired. In steps 5 and 6, when the user approves the execution, LSI designing processing is executed. |
