PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stockholder meeting system which enables electronic commerce under advantageous dealing conditions because of characteristics of a stockholder meeting as a gathering of members guaranteed in social standing, and presents the dealing conditions to a 3rd party. SOLUTION: This stockholder meeting operation system is equipped with stockholder terminals 13 of the stockholders of a specific company and a secretariat mechanism 15 which is connected to those stockholder terminals 13 through a communication network 11 and operates stockholder meetings, the secretariat mechanism 15 has a stockholder database 21 stored with stockholder information, a meeting after information database 23 stored with information needed for the operation, and a preference information database 25 stored with service, article, and real-estate information and dealing conditions of those, and only stockholders who are registered in the stockholder database 21 are able to send and receive information of the database 23 and 25. |
