PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make recognizable which part of a displayed drawing a data requesting target tangible object corresponds to at a glance on the side of a client computer when CAD data sent from a server by data request are displayed. SOLUTION: In the tangible object managing system provided with a server 4 equipped with an information database part B1 and a CAD database part B2 and provided with a client computer 5 capable of freely communicating with the server 4 while providing the server 4 with a transmitting means A1 capable of extracting relevant data and freely transmitting them to the client computer 5 with the data request of the client computer 5, the server 4 is provide with a data adjusting means A3b capable of adjusting and freely transmitting CAD data including a target tangible object (f) to be the target of the data request so that the display part of the target tangible object (f) on a browser 5A or CAD viewer 5B can be displayed so as to be discriminated from the other display part.
