PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic disk driving device in which floating characteristics of a slider are enhanced by improving the method of feeding/ taking out a signal for a transducer. SOLUTION: The device is composed of a transducer for writing/reading data on a magnetic disk a slider 50 to one end of which the transducer is attached, a spring arm 46 which is integrally formed at one end with a flexure having a slider loading part composed of plural slits for defining a bridge between the slits, and which energizes in the magnetic disk direction the slider loaded on the slider loading part; an actuator means for moving the slider loaded on the spring arm, across the track of the magnetic disk; a flexible printed board 68 stuck to the face of the spring arm on the side opposite from the slider loaded face, in the manner that a terminal is positioned correspondingly to one slit in the slits; and an electrically conductive connecting member by which the terminal of the printed board is connected to that of the transducer.
