SOLUTION: The drain of a first Nch.MOS transistor M1 is connected to a constant voltage source V3, and the source is connected to the emitter of a PNP transistor Q1 base-connected to the output of a first operating amplifier OP1, and the collector of the PNP transistor Q1 is connected to the drain and gate of a second Nch.MOS transistor M2, and the source of a second Nch.MOS transistor M2 and the output of a second operating amplifier OP2 are connected to the drain and gage of a third Nch.MOS transistor M3, and the source of a third Nch.MOS transistor M3 is grounded. The source potential of the first Nch.MOS transistor M1 is controlled by the first operating amplifier OP1, and the gate and drain potentials of the second Nch.MOS transistor M2 are controlled by the second operating amplifier OP2.
