PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that retrieval is in efficient since only non- selected registered information can be retrieved with information such as the category or keyword concerning the registered information set on the side of a registering person but the selection tendency of another user cannot be reflected in the retrieval result when retrieving the non-selected registered information in a system for selecting and utilizing the registered information on the Internet. SOLUTION: The selecting state of the user is previously stored in a browser or server, and the registered information selected by another user having a selecting state similar to the selecting state of the former user is retrieved, classified and displayed for each level of similarity or feature of similarity on the basis of classification setting for each user or the reference of the user.
