PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a projector rapidly and easily adjustable. SOLUTION: Data necessary to realize a standard projection system are previously stored in a ROM 32. Then, data concerning the present position of the projection system are stored in an EPROM 33. When specified data are selected out of the data stored in the ROM 32, stepping motors 6r to 15b are driven corresponding to a difference between the stored value and the data stored in the EPROM 33 so as to adjust the lens of the projection system by a CPU 31.
