PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate correction of a deviation of erection pieces of opposed steel columns from each other, and to allow the operator to smoothly move between both the steel columns without encountering an obstacle, even if the operator brings building materials with him, to thereby improve the working efficiency of tilt adjustment of the steel column. SOLUTION: Erection pieces 90 and 90 are arranged on a peripheral surface of an end of one of the vertically erected steel column 60, and on a peripheral surface of an end of the other steel column 80 opposed to the former end, respectively, and a connecting body 150 connects both the erection pieces together. Then, a bendable pressing means 40 for expanding a distance between the erection pieces 90 and 90 of the respective steel columns 60 and 80 is provided for the connecting body 150.
