PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for transactions which use a portable telephone or the like to purchase a commodity or the like. SOLUTION: A customer transmits customer specific information to a transaction processing device through his or her portable terminal device, and this customer specific information is collated with preliminarily stored customer specific information. When they coincide with each other, identification information is transmitted to the portable terminal device, and the customer is identified on the basis of this information. Shop specific information is transmitted, and it is discriminated whether the shop is registered or not on the basis of this information. Transaction processing is allowed only when the customer is identified and registration of the shop is confirmed. |
