PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly, safely, and surely operate an information and transaction system for authentication or charge settlement with a high usefulness at a low cost. SOLUTION: A peculiar access number is given to an information device by providing the information device with an owner limited transmission/reception means and a radio communication function, and further the information device is provided with a preservation and payment/reception management means of electronic money as financial information, and the access number has an authentication function and a function as an electronic money management number. Electronic money is smoothly circulated by support of a cash/electronic money exchange device and an electronic money forgery prevention system. |
