<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate disadvantages of bidding-up (down) auction not by carrying out real-time auction, but by moving the right to purchase among bidders. SOLUTION: This system is constituted by connecting, through communication network N, seller terminals, bidder terminals, and an auction sponsor server 3 which gathers and manages information provided from the seller terminals and carries out auction while receiving bids from bidder terminals, and the sponsor server 3 is equipped with a purchase right order determining means 31 which determines the order of the purchase right to the bidders, a purchase right transfer means 32 which transfers the purchase right to bidders in the determined order, and a control means 33 which displays auction article information to a bidder having the purchase right and urges the bidder to bid as the bidder desires and transfers the purchase right to a next bidder when the bidder having the purchase right selects a bidding process other than purchase.</p> |
