<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet use charging system for charging a load due to data passage that occurs between primary providers in particular on an actual use base. SOLUTION: This Internet use charging system for passage data made to pass through a 2nd provider area when data transmitted from a 1st provider area being a transmission source is transmitted to a destination in a third provider area that is different from the 2nd provider area via the 2nd provider area that is different from the 1st provider area, has a step in which transmission source identification information attached to the passage data is stored, a step in which information on the passage data is accumulated in each of the transmission source identification information and a step in which a charging amount is decided in each of the transmission source identification information in accordance with passage information quantity about the passage data accumulated in each of the transmission source identification information.</p> |
