<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce effects of interference between uplink and downlink in a TDD mobile communication system, where a base station assigns an information slot for transmitting user information arbitrarily to an incoming or an outgoing line. SOLUTION: A base station 300 comprises a means (slot assignment conditions monitoring section 305) for collecting the assignment conditions of each information slot at a peripheral base station, and a means (target-receiving power setting section 304) for controlling the transmission power of a packet to be transmitted. When a outgoing packet is transmitted to a slot assigned to an in coming line at several peripheral base stations, target-receiving power of that packet is set higher, as compared with a case where a outgoing packet is transmitted to a normal slot assigned to a outgoing line at all peripheral base station.</p> |
