PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite communication system, in which simultaneous communication to a plurality of very small ground stations from a very small ground station provided with a burst modem, by a multi-dimensional connection system, using plural subcarriers and time-division time slots. SOLUTION: A VSAT 20a transmits a circuit-setting demand, containing the address of a connection destination VSAT 20c through a CSC circuit. A HUB station 40 manages a communication band to be used for data communication by the plural subcarriers and the time-division time slots, and assigns vacant time slots to the VSAT 20a, which has transmitted the circuit setting demand and the connection destination VSAT 20c. Information of the assigned time slots and frequencies is transmitted to the VSAT 20a and the VSAT 20c through the CSC circuit, and a telecommunication line between the VSAT 20a and the VSAT 20c is established. |
