PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker which can be strongly assembled but easily disassembled without bonding with adhesives, caulking or welding the magnet, plate, pole piece and the frame of the speaker. SOLUTION: A speaker 1 is provided with a magnetic circuit 5 having a magnet 2, a plate 3 and a pole piece 4, a frame 6, a cover 7 for sandwiching the magnetic circuit together with the frame and a means for joining the magnet, plate, pole piece, frame and cover without using adhesives.
