PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely facilitate work of installing equipment even by an unskilled worker, and facilitate fine adjustments. SOLUTION: An anchor shank part 14 capable of burying in a concrete base 12 is integrally mounted on the top end with a liner 16 as an installing jig for a machine instrument. The liner 16 is threaded in the anchor shank part 14 to make the installation height of the machine instrument adjustable with a screw. A adjusting knob 18 is provided for a turning operation of the liner 16. The anchor shank part 14 is so constructed that the portion buried in the concrete base 12 and the portion projected from the top surface of the concrete base 12 have different diameters.
