PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic drying device for working machinery capable of forcibly stopping the joining when the load pressure of a joining actuator is higher than a predetermined pressure. SOLUTION: This hydraulic driving device for working machinery is provided with hydraulic pumps 15 and 18 to be driven by an engine 30, a joining valve 2 for joining the pressure oil of the pump 15 with the pressure oil of the pump 18 for supplying it to a joining direction control valve 4, a joining circuit 5 for the joining valve 2 to allowing with a supply port of the joining direction control valve 4, and a joining actuator 20. This hydraulic driving device performs the whole power control so that a total sum of the input torque of the hydraulic pumps 15 and 18 does not exceed the output torque of the engine 30. This hydraulic driving device is also provided with a release valve 10 for releasing the joining by the joining valve 2 when the load pressure of the joining actuator 20 becomes higher than the predetermined pressure, and a housing for housing a spool of the joining valve 2, and a cover 40 forming the housing is provided with a spring chamber 48 for housing a spring 49 for energizing the spool of the joining valve 2 and the release valve 10.
