PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sound quality and the rigidity of the entire part of a body and to improve aesthetic appearance by minimizing the area of a rear cover in the segment of a stringed instrument, such as an electric guitar, where electrical parts are housed. SOLUTION: This body structure has a body frame 1, a center block 2 which is disposed at the center of this body frame and exterior decks 5 and 6 which cover the front and rear surfaces of the body. The structure is provided with bridges 3 and 4 from the shell part of the body frame 1 toward the center block 2 and an empty chamber S where the electrical parts defined by these bridges are housed is covered with a back cover 7. |
