PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve easy inter-line waterproofing by binding a line body with a material for closing a space disposed therearound in watertight manner, thereby blocking the infiltration of water via the space formed around the line body. SOLUTION: For example, a plurality of electric wires E, around each of which a nonwoven fabric 11 impregnated with thermosetting epoxy resin is wound, are inserted to focus in an insertion part g2 of a grommet G and heated to harden the epoxy resin impregnated by the nonwoven fabric 11 coming into contact with each of insertion part g2, so that the space formed between the electric wires E is set in a closed state, thereby blocking it watertightly.
