<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring machine which facilitates automatization of wiring work for forming a conductor circuit into a prescribed shape on a wiring member for electric wires, by causing the electric-wire holding grooves of a plurality of electric-wire press-fitting ribs, arranged on the wiring member for electric wires to interpose and hold an electric wire in-between. SOLUTION: The wiring head 17 of this wiring machine 11 is provided with an electric-wire nozzle 13, which is fitted to the lower end part of an electric- wire feeding means 21 and feeds an electric wire 5 out, a press-fitting blade 15 which is arranged on the downstream side of the direction of proceeding of the electric-wire nozzle 13, and is movable in the vertical directions to press- fit the fed electric wire 5 into the holding grooves 3a of the press-fitting ribs 3, an electric-wire guide portion 25, which is formed stretching in the direction of forward and backward movement of the press-fitting blade, so as to interpose the press-fitting blade 15 between from both sides, and has a guide groove 27 into which the electric wire 5 fed out from the electric-wire nozzle 13 is inserted, and an electric-wire cutter 23 for cutting the electric wire 5 fed out from the electric-wire nozzle 13 into a prescribed length.</p> |
