PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably detect the received level of interference signals and also to avoid giving interference to other systems in the case of performing communication while coexisting with other system in the same frequency. SOLUTION: This circuit has an interference signal level detection circuit 103 for detecting the received level of the interference signals from other systems, a transmission allowable period arithmetic circuit 105 for operating a transmission allowable period when transmission is allowed on the basis of the interference signal received level obtained by the circuit 103, a signal transmitting circuit 106 to which a transmitting signal and an output signal of the circuit 105 are inputted and which can transmit the transmitting signal in a period that is allowed by the output signal of the circuit 105, and a frame setting circuit 107 to which the frame synchronizing signal of an inter-self-system station is inputted and which periodically sets an interference signal detection period subjected to frame synchronization between respective stations base on the synchronizing signal.
