PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily make a high-efficiency small-sized motor that consume less power, even during high-speed rotation and that is thin and flat. SOLUTION: The motor uses a flat coil, formed by annually disposing a plurality of spiral coil portions 35. The spiral coil portions 35 include two or more layers of spiral conductor patterns 32 and 33, and the wiring patterns 37 between the spiral coil portions are formed in the same layer as at least one of the two or more layers of the spiral conductor patterns. A composite magnetic material yoke, obtained by molding soft magnetic material powder, is placed in proximity to the spiral coil portions 35, and central magnetic cores 51 of composite magnetic material integrated with the composite magnetic material yokes are placed inside the spiral coil portions 35. |
