PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim to obtain a filter having an appropriate filter characteristic in high frequency region or capable of realizing at least one of miniaturization and reduction of the number of components. SOLUTION: Electrodes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 are arranged on a substrate 1 without contacting each other, an inductance element 8 is arranged between the electrodes 2 and 6, and an inductance element 9 is arranged between the electrodes 3 and 6, with their inductance of 0.1 nH to 30 nH and Q of 20 or more at a frequency more than 1 GHz.
