PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control valve capable of providing a less accumulation of fluid and being washed out very easily. SOLUTION: This flow control valve comprises a casing 1, an elastic tube 10 inserted and set in the casing in the state of both ends thereof opened to the outside, and a pressing means 20 varying the opening area of the tube 10 by pressing the tube 10. The tube 10 is formed in a double structure, comprising a polytetrafluoroethylene inner tube 11 and a silicon outer tube 12 formed integrally with each other. The pressing means 10 comprises upper and lower diaphragms 21 and 22 installed opposedly to the tube 10 and a fluid pressure supply part 22 moving the diaphragms to a tube side by applying an air pressure to the surface of one of the diaphragms 21 and 22.
