PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary in which a leg part mounted on a marker body is foldable so that it can be quickly extended and self-stood in setting on a road and housed along the marker body in removing, and the marker body is easily replaceable even if broken. SOLUTION: In this temporary marker, the leg part 2 is opened in the center and vertically slidably provided on the lower part of the marker body 1 in reverse T-shape, and a recessed groove 21 is formed on the reverse side of the opening that the leg part 2 can rise and fall along the marker body 1. A projection 14 and a locking hole 23 are provided in the mutually opposed positions of the marker body 1 and the leg part 2 raised along the marker body 1, respectively. The leg part 2 is engagingly locked by the marker body 1 when slid down in the standing state, and slid up and disengaged when the marker body is arranged on the road surface in the engagingly locking state, and the leg part 2 is extended and self-stood.
