PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part testing device allowing many sorts and capable of automating tray replacement without increasing the outer shape of the testing device. SOLUTION: This electronic part testing device 1 is provided with a tray storage section 200 storing IC mounting trays KST. A multi-classification stocker 500, which has a plurality of tables 501 to be mounted with the trays KST, first moving means 502 and 503 moving the tables to a storage position ST and a discharge position DC, and second moving means 504, 505, 506 moving the trays on the tables moved to the discharge position DC to a prescribed position 406, is arranged in parallel with the tray stocker STK provided on the tray storage section.
