PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen filter whose apparent electromagnetic shielding performance can be kept high by reducing an antenna effect due to a current distribution generated around the screen filter. SOLUTION: Tube bodies 13 which convert a high-frequency magnetic field into heat energy and which are formed of a magnetic material are fitted and mounted on a grounding electrode 12, which is installed at the peripheral edge of a filter 11 in the screen filter 10 for a plasma display panel which prevents the leak of electromagnetic waves radiated from the display face of the plasma display panel.
