PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor capable of making the most of the advantages of both a wire and radio at the time of using the data processor. SOLUTION: A sensor side control part 12 of input equipment 1 transmits data fetched by a sensor part 11 via a wire transmitting part 13 to main body equipment 2 when it is discriminated that wire communication is possible by a sensor side attachment/detachment discriminating part 15, and transmits the data via a radio transmitting part 14 to the main body equipment 2 when it is discriminated that the wire communication is impossible by the sensor side attachment/detachment judging part 15. A main body side control part 24 of the main body equipment 2 transmits information received from a wire receiving part 21 to a processing part 25 when it is discriminated that the wire communication is possible by a main body side attachment/detachment discriminating part 23, and transmits information received from a radio receiving part 22 to the processing part 25 when it is discriminated that the wire communication is impossible by the main body side attachment/detachment discriminating part 23. The processing part 25 processes the information received from the main body side control part 24.
