PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aspheric spectacle lens which facilitates diopter measurement as easily as that of a spherical spectacle lens, is less degraded in performance by assuring a permissible eccentric quantity and has excellent mounting stability. SOLUTION: The shape of the aspheric surface of the short-focus aspheric spectacle lens which has a pair of first and second refractive surfaces and at one refractive surface of which has an aspheric surface is regulated by equation (1).
