DATA WRITE-IN DEVICE FOR NON-VOLATILE MEMORY ON MEMORY MODULE SUBSTRATE, RECORDING MEDIUM, AND INSPECTION EQUIPMENT FOR MEMORY MODULE SUBSTRATE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by simplifying the work when data stored with a file form which cannot be utilized by a data write-in device is written in a non-volatile memory on a memory module substrate. SOLUTION: SPD is written in an EEPROM 3 on a DIMM 2 by performing a write-in execution program. This write-in execution program is constituted of a filter execution program 34 reading out the prescribed SPD data file to be written in the EEPROM from a hard disk 30 in which an SPD data file having SPD data is recorded, and a write-in program 31 taking out only the SPD data from the file and writing the SPD data in the EEPROM. This filter execution program 34 converts a file read out from the hard disk to a file form which can be read by the write-in program and it is written in the write-in program.
