PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a document is lacked in uniformity by due to dispersion of the inscriptions on the face of a document when a writer prepares a new document while reutilizing various documents in the past or when plural writers cooperatively write one document since the inscription on the face of a document belongs to the judgement of document writer. SOLUTION: A document belonging to a category, to which a document under inputting by a writer at present belongs, is retrieved and extracted out of a document file group prepared in the past and while defining this document as a reference document, comparison with the document under inputting is performed for the same every feature element. The result of the comparison with the reference document is displayed on a display picture under inputting as statistic deviation information. Since the writer watches this statistic deviation information for each feature element and corrects the prepared document under inputting so as to reduce the deviation, the inscription on the face of the prepared document can be made to match with the reference document and a document having uniformity can be prepared. |
