PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide total service for card affiliated stores and card members. SOLUTION: A host computer 11 is equipped with a customer service management system 11b which obtains marketing data regarding credit card uses of credit card members according to property data and sales data by the credit card members and an advertisement distribution system 11a which advertises to the credit card members according to the marketing data. A credit card member after completing a predetermined procedure is able to browse news on an advertisement distribution system and card use detailed statement. The advertisement distribution system advertises by electronic mail or direct mail. The computer system 14 entrusts the advertisement to the host computer system when receiving a request for advertisement from an affiliated store terminal device 12, and obtains and outputs customer service management system marketing data to the affiliated store terminal device when receiving a marketing data output request. |
