PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method and a system for investment information evaluation which can accurately and efficiently decide which of investment information among many pieces of investment information is the most reliable. SOLUTION: As for one or more pieces of investment information stored in an investment information storage part 2, the result of the investment information is obtained through the specific arithmetic processing of a result evaluation part 5 by the dates in an object period of evaluation set by a user according to past stock price data read out of a stock data storage part 3 and current price data of stock read out of a current price data storage part 4 to decide which investment information is the most reliable.
