<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which provide adequate services for the aged by storing various information on a card through the Internet. SOLUTION: In this embodiment, statement of opinions and questionnaire investigation by service users are enabled which are usable as reference materials for the use of care services, delivery services and their settlement, substitutional submitting of a document to a public office, and the future use of care services by the aged. The house 16 of the aged, the nation (the General Affairs Agency, the Ministry of Welfare, and the social insurance Agency) 10, municipalities 14, and financial institutions 18 are connected together through the Internet as shown in Fig. 1. This system can also be accessed through a portable telephone. This service is provided through cards that respective aged persons have and the Internet. The operating entity of this system is assumed to be an ordinary private company, but may be the nation, extra-departmental bodies of local gorvements, or cooperative private companies.</p> |
