<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable performing transition between modes without using an additional pad in an integrated semiconductor circuit having at least one fuse unit which can be operated in various different operation modes and can be cut off in a state in which a semiconductor circuit is made to a package and having a switching device between operation modes. SOLUTION: A fuse unit is the unit which can be programmed by a fuse- software-set, the fuse unit can be cut off even on a wafer surface of an integrated semiconductor circuit, and in the fuse set, a cut off state can be bridged by a programmed fuse-software-set.</p> |
