PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device in a heat exchanger which causes no waste of materials and is easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: A block-like member 8 has two horizontal through holes 6 and 7 corresponding to two openings of the heat exchanger and annular step parts 6a and 7a are formed in the respective end parts on the connection object implement 11 side of the through holes 6 and 7. Tubular bodies 9 and 10 provided with through hole fit-in parts 9e and 10e having flanges 9a and 10a to be received by the annular step parts 6a and 7a and with male port parts 9c and 10c formed in continuity to the flanges 9a and 10a and fitted in female port parts 11a and 11b of the implement 11 are fitted in the through holes 6 and 7. The block-like member 8 is held between by enlarged-diameter parts 9d and 10d of projecting parts on the heat exchanger 2 side of the fit-in parts 9e and 10e and by the flanges 9a and 10a. The enlarged-diameter parts 9d and 10d and annular projecting parts 12 and 13 formed at the edges of the openings of the heat exchanger 2 are fitted with and fixed to each other.
