PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission-reception technology for wirelessly transmitting a high definition video signal for a personal computer or the like in a state of high image quality. SOLUTION: The transmission reception system is provided with a transmitter that converts a received video signal into a transmission signal with reproduction procedure information through time base conversion and outputs the transmission signal as a wireless transmission signal and with a receiver that receives the transmission signal and reproduces the received signal as a display signal on the basis of the reproduction procedure information.
