PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt servo device capable of accessing at the time of seek in a short time even in the case the number of rotation is different from that at the normal time. SOLUTION: The tilt servo device for controlling an optical pickup so as to be perpendicular to a disk by the output of a tilt sensor is provided with a tilt value detecting part for detecting the tilt value of the optical pickup, a memory wherein the tilt value corresponding to the output value of the tilt sensor with respect to the radial direction of the disk is recorded by making it preliminarily correspond to the number of rotation of the disk, and a control part operating in such a manner that the tilt value of the seek part corresponding to the number of rotation of the disk at the time of seek is read out, and a control signal is transmitted to a tilt mechanism so that the output of the tilt value detecting part becomes the read out tilt value, and when it becomes equal to the read out tilt value, the transmission of the control signal is stopped.
