Compounds of formula I as well as their pharmaceutically applicable salts and esters, whereas R1, R2 and R3 have meanings given in claim 1, inhibit the connection of adhesive proteins for surface of different type of cells and therefor influence the interactions of type cell-cell and cell-matrix. They can be applied in the form of pharmaceutical preparations for the supression and prevention of neoplasmus, metastasis of tumors, osteoporosis, Padget s disease, diabetic retinopathia, psoriasis, arthritis, kidney malfunction as well as the infection caused by viruses, bacteria and fungus. |
