Invention refers to the production procedure for concretes of high strength. The performance of procedure demands the making of a mixture of portland cement without the additive of class 45, from stone aggregates from magma rock of porphyrite structure graded 0.2mm from superplastifiers of formaldehide melanine condenser and water in mass ratio: 1:2, 0.02 : 0.25 while the aggregate is first dried to the moisture of 2% and screened so that the two fractions are selected from 0-1 mm and 1-2mm. In the dry mixture of stone aggregate, a cement is added and a mixture is stirring for another two minutes. From the obtained dry mixture, an amount for unique package in plastic bags with hermetic closing is prepared. In the performance of procedure, we prepare solution of superplastifiers in water in the duration of one minute, and it is packed in plastic dishes with hermetic lids. The complete finished product is obtained by matching one bag of dry mixture and one pot with solution of superplastifier. The fresh concrete is obtained by mixing dry and fluid component single package in the duration of three minutes. |
